Hi there!

I’m Lina, Slovenian living in Gozo – the island of joy.

I’m an economist by profession, but my true love is yoga. My journey started in 2013 when I attended my first Iyengar class but I moved to Malta soon and continued doing yoga at home.

At first yoga was just another physical practice for me, but I soon discovered there was much more to it. The more I practiced, the more things started to change. It was like a domino effect. I practiced daily, I quit smoking, started eating healthier, became healthier, calmer and more grateful. Yoga became a passion and this passion led me to Thailand where I became 200 hour trained and certified Hatha teacher.

What yoga means to me

For me yoga isn’t all about the poses and how they look on the outside (even though they look pretty cool). It’s about the experience that comes from the inside. It means connecting mind and body with the breath. It’s like peeling off all the layers and coming back to your core. Back to your true and beautiful self. Back home.

If you want to start your own yoga journey, I’m here for you. I’m here to guide and support you in finding your own mind, body and breath connect.
