I kindly ask you to arrive on time and switch off your phone so you don’t disturb others.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring some water with you.
It’s advisable not to eat 2 hours before practice. But if you have to, avoid heavy foods and eat something light instead.
Respect your body limits. Your body and mind feels different every day. Acknowledge that and follow in your own time and breath.
Let me know in advance if you are pregnant, have any injuries or experiencing any kind of pain.
